The Mobile Plan is a fourth tier, in addition to the Basic, Standard, Premium
that existed. The
Mobile Plan is the lowest priced, because we believe there are members for who
the Mobile is the
go-to, and sometimes the sole, device to access Netflix from. But there are
other members with
varying needs as well -- the need to watch on TV, to get 4K, to have multiple
Netflix at the same time. Since the Mobile Plan is priced at PHP149, Netflix
made a minor
adjustment to the other plans for consistency. This is not a price change. As
they now stand,
the plans are:

Basic: PHP 369/month
Standard: PHP 459/month
Premium: PHP 549/month
The data consumed depends on your phone data/broadband speeds through the
session. Netflix is
constantly improving how we deliver the same or better viewing quality using
less data, through
technology that we call video encoding and adaptive streaming. On mobile, for
instance, we can
stream up to ~6.5 hours of content per 1 GB of data, but it depends on your
data, your phone,
what you watch, etc.
